This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the "CCPA"). It describes the personal information we handle and the rights available to you.

GoalyScrolly is built to be privacy-first. Your app data — goals, blocked apps, history, quiz responses, notification and subscription preferences — is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. As a result, we do not maintain a centralized profile of your personal information.

How to Exercise Your Rights

To make a request, email us at support@goalyscrolly.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request." Because most data lives only on your device, you can also access it via the in-app export feature and delete it by using Reset Day or uninstalling the app. We will verify your request using the information available to us and respond within the timeframes required by law.

Authorized Agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly with us.
