GoalyScrolly does not sell or share your personal information. We never have, and we have no plans to. There is nothing to opt out of, because we do not engage in these practices in the first place.

What This Means

Under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), certain businesses must let consumers opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information. "Sale" means disclosing personal information for money or other value, and "sharing" means disclosing it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

GoalyScrolly does neither. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

Why There Is Nothing to Opt Out Of

Our app is designed so that your data stays with you:

Your goals, blocked apps, history, and preferences are stored locally on your device.
This data is never transmitted to our servers.
We do not use advertising networks or data brokers.
We do not monetize your personal information in any way.

Payments are handled by Apple and our subscription provider solely to manage your subscription — not for advertising or resale.
