By downloading, installing, or using GoalyScrolly ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
GoalyScrolly is a productivity application that helps users manage their screen time by blocking selected apps until daily goals are completed. The App provides:
GoalyScrolly offers the following subscription options:
Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
Auto-Renewal: Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
GoalyScrolly uses OS-level features to block apps on your device:
Important: App blocking functionality depends on device permissions and operating system support. We do not guarantee that app blocking will work in all circumstances. System updates, permission changes, or device-specific limitations may affect blocking functionality. GoalyScrolly is not responsible for any consequences resulting from apps being blocked or unblocked, including missed communications or emergency access limitations.
The Emergency Override feature is provided as a safety mechanism and is limited to 2 uses per day with a 10-minute unlock window.

All content, features, and functionality of GoalyScrolly, including but not limited to the design, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are owned by GoalyScrolly and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoalyScrolly and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
