Go to the Block List tab and tap on any app to add it to your blocked list. On iOS, you'll need to grant Screen Time permissions when prompted. On Android, you'll need to enable the Accessibility Service and Usage Stats permissions. Once set up, the selected apps will be locked until you complete all your daily goals.

Make sure all goals are checked off on the Today tab. The status should show "UNLOCKED" at the top. If it still shows "LOCKED," try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, contact us at support@goalyscrolly.com.

Go to Settings and find the Emergency Override section. You'll need to type the exact phrase "I choose distraction" to unlock your apps for 10 minutes. This feature is limited to 2 uses per day and resets at midnight. It's designed as a safety net for urgent situations, not a regular bypass.

You can cancel your subscription through your device's settings. On iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > GoalyScrolly > Cancel. On Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > GoalyScrolly > Cancel. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

All data is stored locally on your device. To delete everything, simply uninstall the app. You can also export your data as JSON from the Settings tab before deleting. We don't store any data on our servers, so uninstalling removes everything completely.

GoalyScrolly works on iPhones running iOS 16 or later and Android devices running Android 10 or later. App blocking uses native OS features (Screen Time on iOS, Accessibility Service on Android), so device compatibility depends on OS support for these features.
